Tech company Globoforce have announced the creation of 100 new jobs at its new headquarters in Dublin, increasing its current employee count by nearly a third.
The company also unveiled a new headquarters at Dublin Park West, giving a further boost to the growing tech scene in Dublin. The new jobs will be across a variety of roles, including software development, software engineering, user experience, analysts, finance, customer service and customer success.
The company, who specialise in social recognition technology and count tech giants including Symantec and LinkedIn as clients, already employ 210 people in Dublin and 400 globally.
“These are very exciting times for Globoforce,” Eric Mosley, co-founder and CEO of the company, told Silicon Republic.

“Through our social recognition platform, we currently help more than 3m employees around the world have positive experiences at work. As the company expands, we have a strategy of reinvesting profits into research and development driving thought leadership and innovation across all our platforms.”
The new jobs are to be filled over the next three years, with half expected to be filled by May 2018.
